Almost six years to the day since his passing, Michael Jackson might have made another appearance on Earth – moonwalking in the clouds. Yes o! This is according to a stormchaser.
Stormchasing photographer John Plashal says it was a thriller snapping the King of Pop – or something he felt looked a lot like him – in the skies over Goochland County, Virginia on June 23. Michael Jackson died on June 25, 2009 of cardiac arrest induced by prescription drugs.
Using a stormchaser app, he had been photographing the sky outside Satterwhite’s Restaurant in Goochland when the light and shade patterns combined with the storm clouds. The ghostly appearance was only noticed afterwards, and he insists it’s entirely genuine.
“The image that you see of Michael Jackson just happens to be there,” the 45-year-old added.I didn’t know what I had until this morning, to be honest with you, when my phone started blowing up.”
Confessing to being a fan of the pop icon, John says he’ll be back out looking for more great storm pictures in future.
